We happened upon a free event one day, very accidentally. It was in an art studio in conjuntion with the performing arts center. They were having a Christmas sale, along with a free try at the wheel. There were christmas cookies, popcorn, and cotton candy. There was art and ceramics for sale. It was great. Those of you who know Freedom, know that he goes 100% into stuff...especially if it's free! I think we were really the only ones who took advantage of the offer. So here are my "men" going at it. It was their first time at the wheel and they did great! Homeschooling doesn't get better than this. Learning as a family while we go about our days.
A perfect day for us is when the sun is shining and we go as a family to the fayetteville Barnes and Nobles. The kids love it! Freedom and I call it BNN as a code word because if the whole words accidentally slip out of our mouth, there is a chorus in the back seat... "We want to go to Barnes and Nobles!"
